The hotel had rooms that were somewhat dark and small due to blinds that didn't fully keep out the sun. However, the end-of-the-hall location provided a quiet atmosphere. The service was exceptional with staff who greeted us warmly and were quite helpful. The location was extra nice in a safe area near various attractions. The dining experience was good with delicious choices. Overall, the hotel offers a cozy stay with some room for improvement in brightness.
My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was a mix of highs and lows. The hotel offers an amazing view of the city, but the room I received didn't quite match up to expectations. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience pleasant. The location is excellent for exploring attractions and restaurants nearby, although some aspects, like the breakfast, could use improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious, although I did notice some old pieces of the carpet peeking out from under the TV area that seemed to have been missed. The balcony was a great spot to sit and enjoy the view. The service was kind and friendly, although there was a bit of noise early in the morning that disturbed my baby. The location was good but a bit crowded during my visit. The dining experience was subpar, but there were other food options within walking distance. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price.
